Please note that your airfare or travel expenses to the Port of Embarkation are not included in the price. Additionally, your pre-cruise hotel stay, pre-cruise drinks, and pre-cruise meals are not included. However, rest assured that all your Michelin Star menu meals onboard the ship are included. Optional shore excursions, Spa services, hard alcohol drinks and wine beyond your $300 per person credit are not included and can be charged to your sign-n-sail card. All restaurant and dining experiences are included.

Short answer. No. Anyone publicly can book the same cruise. But without a San Juan Social Club Cruise Badge you will not be allowed in our networking events, parties, or other exclusive programs.

Of course! This is your vacation. Spend it with with the people you care about most. Please keep in mind that all Virgin Voyages are adult-only, so Guests must be at least 18 years old to sail.

That is entirely up to you. While we do recommend attending all the events, it is your vacation and if you want to miss a session and go to the Spa with your partner, or just sleep in that’s O.K. We just know once you come to one session you will want to come to all. If your partner or family do not want to join sessions and enjoy the ship, they are more than welcome to do so.

International guests from Visa Waiver nations need to fill out their ESTA forms online at http://www.cbp.gov/esta

Please go to the cruise line’s website to check-in for the cruise and print your boarding passes. Please do this within 14 days of the cruise departure.
